Amazing flavor and tenderness. I actually cooked it for my Rat Terrier babies, and it was so delicious I ate it instead. This was the first time I cooked it after being served it by a secretary at work, but I will be cooking it more instead of a roast.

Tongue is a very tender meat, especially pressure cooked. These are small but great size for 2 people. Makes great tacos with onion, cilantro, cheese and guacamole. Homemade salsa too. For a lb and quarter price was decent. Kari was a great help in ordering and it got here great even with weather delay. I will be purchasing again.
