Breakfast Sausage

To me, it’s pathetic! I had to dry it wrapped in six paper towels for three days to remove excess water. I don’t know what happened in the processing, but there was absolutely no seasoning of any kind in the meat, and it was too coarsely ground. I was sorely disappointed in this product on my first purchase and won’t be reordering it and wasting my retirement money. Hopefully, this was a severe glitch in the preparation process.

Becoming a camp favorite

Our last order was all pork products. The breakfast sausage was the star of the show at camp. Biscuits,gravy and breakfast sausage are good stuff. The Cajun sausage made a big hit nixed in scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. Spiced perfectly. And Bratwurst, easy and delicious camp food. We’ll be back …

First time ordering breakfast sausage. Arrived 2 days after shipped. All meat arrived still completely frozen. The breakfast sausage was perfectly seasoned (I’m not a fan of strong spices), I would classify it as mild seasoning, tasted just perfect! Already purchased again.

Country Pork Sausage

This pork sausage reminds me of what my grandfather used to make when I was a child, it’s very coarse ground the seasoning is outstanding. My grandfather used to cook his sausage over the open fire in deer and elk camp. So if you’re into old time country sausage this is for you if you were more like a jimmy dean sausage with all the excess spices this may not be for you because you actually taste the meat, the spices enhance the pork. I still have the old cast-iron meat grinder that my grandfather used to make his sausages was 70 years ago.
