1-pound package of liver was already sliced into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Very easy to prepare and cook. I don’t eat liver very often, but the excellent flavor and minimal gristle made it easy to eat.

We love liver and this was far better than the store bought! Since just the two of us now, we get two meals out of this package size and reheated is just as good as first round. Just tenderize fresh onions second time, add cooked liver on top, put the lid on and let it warm up again. YUM! This is my second time to order the beef liver. Ordered the pork liver too on the second order, but haven’t tried it yet.
