Birthday dinner!
Yesterday, I celebrated the twentieth anniversary of my fiftieth birthday. Rather than having the hassle of trying to find a good restaurant on a Saturday night, we decided to prepare a good meal at home. We prepared a bacon wrapped pork loin with a garlic-honey glaze and roasted brussels sprouts. The bacon, pork loin, and honey came from the Our Wyoming Life. I grew the garlic and brussels sprouts.
The meal was excellent. It is nice to ‘know’ and ‘trust’ where your food comes from.
