    Great Hosts!

Beautiful farm! Mike met me right when I pulled in even though I was very late. Took me right to my site and got me plugged in. The sunsets are stunning!! The next morning we took a tour of the farm. Seeing all the animals and hearing about the way they are trying to farm in a sustainable way and putting a family face on the food we all eat was informative and fun! Their non profit is such a benefit to the community they live in! Bought a couple delicious steaks, romaine, beef jerky and pickled beets from their home store. Great stay and I’d stay again!!!
PS I’ve tuned into their YouTube channel as well!!!

    Great experience!

My husband and I decided on the spur of the moment to try to schedule a visit to the ranch. We had been viewers of the YouTube channel for several years. We were very pleased when we were able to schedule a visit 48 hours in advance. We happened to arrive at a very hectic time on the ranch. The day we arrived Beckaert Fencing Company was on site to install a rather complex fencing project. The next day branding was planned. When Mike met us in the drive near the farm store and graciously introduced himself he explained the circumstances. We had asked to get the tour usually scheduled for the next morning. Mike asked if we would mind getting the tour that evening since branding would be planned the next day. We were very agreeable to this. We settled ourselves in the RV lot and enjoyed the lush green pastures. We were able to monitor the process of the fencing project on the webcam . It was very interesting to watch the crew install a fence over a pond, a challenging prospect. Work for the day extended well into the evening. When I am sure they would have loved to call it a day Mike and Jeff made sure we got a very attentive tour which we greatly enjoyed. We were also able to meet team member Kari. She helped us in the farm store and provided great service and personal insights into the workings of the ranch. We were extremely impressed with all the purchases we made. The meats, baked goods, and ice cream were all delicious and very reasonably priced. We were extremely impressed with the personal treatment we got during our visit. We were even able to watch branding the next morning. This was quite an extra bonus experience. What we will take away from our time there is great admiration for the level of commitment Mike and Erin and the team they have brought together have for providing high quality food directly to their fortunate customers. We can’t recommend the experience enough.

    Great overnight stay

Made our reservation through Harvest Host for Aug 26, 2022. Met by a young lady that was a great host and led us to our parking spot, complete
with 50 amp electrical and a water hookup. Visited the store and found the best coffee cake and scones. Purchased some beef and baked goods.
Will be back again as this is a wonderful rest stop with wonderful farm ranch help present daily. RV parking couldn’t be any easier too.

    Best Stay Ever

I am a huge fan of Mike’s You Tube Channel and also a Harvest Host member. I tried to plan a stay here last year, but was not able to get to Wyoming. This year we were able to make it. Arrived at the Farm Store and were met by Ranch Hand Jeff. He lead us to our site and got us settled. The site was very level and it was an easy setup. We talked to Jeff for about 20 minutes. The next day we met Jeff and Mike at the barn for our ranch tour. We were also joined by Grace who was helping her dad with the tour. Got educated on the ranch life and a lot of what goes on at the ranch. My wife got to help feed the bottle calves and visit with the goats. Also leaned a lot about Erin’s “Edible Prairie Project”. We then made a visit to the Farm Store, where we purchase some beef, pork and other items. BTW the beef and pork were great. I would highly recommend a visit to this host if you can. All in all a great visit to the ranch.

    Wonderful Place to Stay

We were fortunate to stay here for one night. Beautiful views and excellent hosts. Jeff was awesome. He met us and directed us to our camping spot. Loved the Market Store. Nothing better than farm to table than this. Reasonably price meats, vegetables and the awesome baked goods. We had the Blueberry Coffeecake it is so yummy.
We opted to take the morning tour of the farm and it didn’t disappoint. My dog even got his first kiss from a cow. Highly recommend to learn the operation of the farm, about the animals and the fabulous non-profit that has been developed and how it serves the community.
We will stop here again the next time we are in the area.
