Just made a stew with the 1lb package I purchased from you guys. Oh my goodness! Everyone who tried it loved it! So very tender and flavorful! Plus unlike stew meat purchased from the supermarket, I didn’t need to trim off excess fat or any gristle! I’m definitely a fan! Matter than a steak in my opinion! First dinner from our last order was kabobs. Second time we ordered and never disappointed. In the South our vegetables are already coming off the vine and fresh vegetables and Wyoming meat made a perfect dinner. Served with green peppers, tomatoes and sweet onions.
