We ended up making our stew in a regular pot as our insta-pot was out of commission. And with only 2 hours of cooking, stew meat was literally falling apart and the stew came out amazing. Beefy, lick smackin’ good, so good that I overate.
We are pretty finicky here and only buy pasture raised locally grown meat exception made for Mike and Erin’s beef. Have had Wagyu, pretty good, Scottish Highlander really good and yak really really good. But Mike and Erin’s stew meat is the best so far. No joke! Really that good. It was just meat no sinew to cut out, no gristle to cut out JUST honest to goodness real meat! And so much flavor.
packaging! UPS goofed and it took an extra day to get here. No explanation from UPS. but even with a day of delay, all the meat was still frozen rock hard. Was wondering why there were several empty plastic bags in the box?? duh it probably had big chunks of dry ice in it. Great packaging.
Made spaghetti tonite. Told my grandson this meat came from Our Wyoming Life. He’s an extremely picky eater. He said I wondered why it tasted so good. He ate all of his serving and asked for more. I have to agree with him the spaghetti was awesome.
Mike and Erin, you are raising great beef! The flavor, taste, texture are beyond excellent.

I loved how I can pick my roast in this box. Awesome customer service and fast delivery. All the meat showed up still frozen. The Sirloin roast is super tender and full of flavor. I am so excited to have found a local rancher with incredibly flavorful meat. My family loves knowing where the calf was born and how it was raised. Very important to us! We also love that each cut is vacuum sealed verses the butcher paper. Thank you Our Wyoming Life! Definitely will be buying again!
