Well I just don’t know how to cook a Brisket correctly. It is the first time I have ever bought a Brisket so I put a dry rub on mine and baked it slow but just not long enough so it was a little tough but the taste of that Brisket was so good. I must say the beef from OWL is excellent and I look forward to purchasing more in the future..
