Delicious!
This Italian sausage was perfect for making my pasta sauce. Spiced just right to brown up with onions and peppers then add to my favorite marinara. Not greasy at all like store brands.

This sausage was exactly what I wanted for my Chugwater chili recipe. Flavorful – makes the stuff I’ve been getting from the grocery store seem wimpy by comparison. Delicious on it’s own and perfect for chili. It filled the kitchen with an incredible spicy aroma. It arrived frozen solid all the way to southwest Florida! We’ve ordered sausage, steaks, brats and more. Can’t wait to try the ham next!
