When Mike and Erin first started the mail order, I was one of the first guinea pig to try out the mail order. (you had to be a Patreon subscriber at that time to access the mail order). My first order had ground beef, short ribs and maybe something else…
The time between the first order and this order is well over a year maybe two? and what really surprised me was that the quality of the ground beef has not changed. Same lean ground without any odd stuff I would find with supermarket ground beef. Cook it and there was no noticeable amount of water nor grease to come out. Very lean!!Best pure ground beef!!

I took 2lbs to my son’s place for a Mother’s Day cookout. Came to find out he had never “made” burgers… My plan was for 1lb for the cookout and 1lb for them for later… well I offered to help but he told me to relax and he would take care of it. He used both packages to make 4 burgers! They were huge! But so delicious! There wasn’t a bite left! Definitely a hit!
